POSITION INFO:

The company is driven by ambition and therefore requires ambitious people.

My client is expanding and as a result has opened a new department, “Financial Services and Technology Department”. My client is looking for a Senior Manager who can contribute to the success of our company.

As the Senior Manager, you will be managing work assignments, client engagements and mentor your juniors. Namely, junior manager and analysist.

Duties:

Take ownership of and manage work assignments in an appropriate time and in an appropriate standard.
Be an effective project manager and coach juniors to be as effective.
Track delays and overruns and raises these at relevant meetings.
Review written documents to make sure they are in the appropriate standard (organises, well-written, referenced, and easy to follow).
Establish effective working relationships with key clients
Sustain relationships with clients through value-added delivery, industry insights and valuable recommendations.
Coordinate and lead meetings with the key client stakeholders and internal senior stakeholders in the absence of a partner.
Analyse and manage project risks, processes, and controls.
Develop a strategic view of the business
Able to independently lead initiatives from beginning to end.
Takes on operational roles in the business in addition to allocated client assignments.

Qualifications

CISA
CA (SA)

Experience

6 years IT Audit experience
4 years post articles experience
