POSITION INFO:
Are you a seasoned professional with deep expertise in credit risk and quantitative analysis? A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and drive credit risk quantitative projects within their dynamic and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a strategic impact in the financial services industry, working with high-profile clients and cutting-edge methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex credit risk quantitative projects, providing advanced analytics and strategic insights.
Develop, enhance, and implement credit risk models, focusing on risk assessment, forecasting, and optimization of credit portfolios.
Advise clients on regulatory requirements, stress testing, and credit risk management strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk management frameworks and strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in quantitative credit risk analysis.

Requirements:

At least 7-10 years of experience in credit risk, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
Expertise in developing and implementing credit risk models (e.g., credit scoring, PD, LGD, EAD, stress testing).
Strong proficiency in quantitative tools, programming languages (Python, R, SAS), and statistical analysis.
A solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9) and their impact on credit risk management.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects, including client interactions and team leadership.
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) would be a plus.
