BSc: Mathematics and Statistics/Analytics

Job description & Skills:

Stakeholder management, prioritization, and governance of deliverables through sprint cycles and planning
Requirements gathering and articulation to fulfil a role of bridging business with technical teams
Providing data driven insights and data analyses to assist Africa Sales department with KPI measurement and tracking
Support Head of Analytics & Insights to translate insights into understandable/tangible actions for business
Develop and coach analysts in terms of career growth, technical skill and business acumen
Generation of business requirement documents and business cases
Creation of proof-of-concept solutions before a sprint cycle kicks off for a required solution to ensure efficiency and validity using PowerBI, Excel or Tableau
Locate and define new process improvements
Setting KPI’s for analysts that aligns with the department and ultimately the organisation strategy
Supporting rest of Africa teams in providing best practice solution design and using the most efficient sources
Create Information and Insights Packs inclusive of PowerPoint, Dashboards or Reporting to showcase statistics or solve business challenges
Assisting Africa regional teams in defining KPI’s to measure initiative success/criteria/action points
