JOB SUMMARY:
We are constantly on the lookout for skilled Senior Manager Analytics candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Stakeholder management, prioritization and governance of deliverables through sprint cycles and planning
- Requirements gathering and articulation to fulfill a role of bridging business with technical teams
- Providing data driven insights and data analyses to assist Africa Sales department with KPI measurement and tracking
- Support Head of Analytics & Insights to translate insights into understandable/tangible actions for business
- Develop and coach analysts in terms of career growth, technical skill and business acumen
- Generation of business requirement documents and business cases
- Creation of proof of concept solutions before a sprint cycle kicks off for a required solution to ensure efficiency and validity using PowerBI, Excel or Tableau
- Locate and define new process improvements
- Setting KPI’s for analysts that aligns with the department and ultimately the organisation strategy
- Supporting rest of Africa teams in providing best practice solution design and using the most efficient sources
- Create Information and Insights Packs inclusive of PowerPoint, Dashboards or Reporting to showcase statistics or solve business challenges
- Assisting Africa regional teams in defining KPI’s to measure initiative success/criteria/action points
