Senior Manager - Campaign Governance and Program Management (Project Management)

Key roles and responsibilities

Campaign governance:

• Operating at a global level, works across the marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), regional and divisional marketing stakeholders to take campaign programs from original concept through to final implementation.
• Ensures campaign development is aligned with campaign process and governance.
• Identifies opportunities for process refinement and efficiencies in the campaign process.

Manage campaign delivery:

• Ensures that marketing programs are delivered effectively and aligned to the campaign strategy
• Ensures that campaigns are delivered within the agreed budget and are on time .
• Communicates with key stakeholders regarding the status of the campaign
• Ensures resources are efficiently managed and assigned appropriately to campaign deliverables.

Campaign brief management

• Management of campaign briefs into the COE
• Evaluates requests and ensures that campaigns align to business strategy.
• Leads the Demand Generation review board

Project team management

• Leads teams effectively within a matrixed environment

Requirements: Education and Training and Experience

• A business-related degree.
• 5-8 years’ experience in a program management within business-to-business marketing environment.
• Experience in a multi-national environment is preferred with the relevant experience in developing demand generation plans across multiple geographies.
• Superb stakeholder engagement skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to communicate complex ideas succinctly and in a compelling way.
• Experience of working in a matrix management team, and with a number of countries and teams.
• Highly developed program management skills and an ability to deliver major programs on time and budget with clear stakeholder management.
