We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our team and lead the charge in growing Cross-Border (XB) payments across Southern and Eastern Africa (SEA).

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust XB action plan tailored to SEA markets, driving growth through data analytics and market-leading solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement the best practices for expanding XB business in the region.
• Lead high-impact XB initiatives with top issuers in SEA, optimizing payment success rates and compliance.
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies aimed at increasing cross-border volumes.
• Create and deliver strategic plans, working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-6 years of experience in payments, technology, or financial services.
• A deep interest in Cross-Border payments and a desire to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage change, drive strategic initiatives, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leadership.
