SUMMARY:
To lead the institution’s facilities, transport & security functions which include Environment, Grounds & Estate Management, Transportation Services Management, Campus Security Services Management & High Risk & Investigations.

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Lead the Facilities, Transport & Security functions. Organisational Unit Staff Management Financial Planning & Budgeting Lead the Estate Management Strategic Plan Environment, Grounds & Estate Management Transportation Services Management Campus Security & Safety Management Investigations Management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Facilities Management \/Estate Management\/Property Management\/Civil Engineering. 8 years minimum related experience. 3 years in managerial capacity, overseeing any of the following: Facilities & Estate Management. ADDED ADVANTAGES: Valid PSIRA GRADE A Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) Registration or Accredited Facilities Professional (SAFMA) (added advantage) or SACFM\/IFMA professional membership (facilities management).
