SUMMARY:
B Degree (Management / Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences). MBA / Masters an advantage. Management experience essential. Sound background as an HR generalist. Experience within a medium to large organisation.

POSITION INFO:

Lead the frontline implementation and delivery of the HR strategy. Focus on performance improvement as well as operational and commercial excellence.  Provide direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and roadmaps.  Build and manage a high performing HR team by providing role clarity, training and career development. Drive transformation initiatives and establish a collaborative and solution oriented approach.
