SUMMARY:
Senior Manager HR Business Partner

POSITION INFO:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner leads the Business Unit HR frontline implementation, enablement and delivery of the people agenda. You will lead the implementation of sustainable and best in class human resources activities within the Business Unit with a focus on performance improvement as well as operational and commercial excellence. You will be require to have a balanced skill set involving both strategy and operations. You must have a 4 year degree with further management qualification being highly desirable, in addition you will have a Managerial track record of 5 years or more, and several years of relevant experience in HR domain with extensive exposure spanning across HR generalist or operations roles and/or one or more specialist roles in talent, learning, performance and organizational development.
