JOB SUMMARY:
Ferociously recruiting for a Senior Manager Internal Audit CA(SA).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established investment, multinational company with deeply involved in financial services and oddly enough, the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced individual to form part of the managing team in their internal audit department.

The prosperous candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a team of auditors
managing and/or conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits, projects, providing consulting services to management and staff, providing major input to development, and controlling of the annual audit plan and providing leadership, direction, co-ordination, training and professional guidance to internal audit staff.

Duties:

Stakeholder engagement
Draft and deliver annual internal audit plans
Providing independent and objective assurance to Statutory Audit
Attend committee meetings
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of best practice internal audit functions and business processes
Annual risk-based audit plan and audit staff scheduling.
Conduct reviews and draft action plans
Improve institutions operations
Control frameworks e.g COCO, COSO, COBIT
Auditing internal controls and governance/compliance
Reviewing and mitigating potential risks
Data analytics to support continuous controls monitoring and auditing

Qualifications:

Honours in Internal Auditing/Fin. Acc/Risk Management – advantageous
CA(SA) OR CIA
CISA – advantageous

Experience:

7 years Internal Audit experience
3 years at supervisory/managerial level
