MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in human resources management or related field (NQF Level 9)
- 8 years’ experience in HR Management, specializing in Remuneration & Benefits
- Registration as a Reward Specialist with SARA (SA Reward Association) or registration with GRP (Global Remuneration Professional)
- 4 years’ proven track record in Shared Services function
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Lead the Remuneration, Benefits & Shared Services function
- Manage portfolio financial planning and budgeting
- Oversee institutional unit staff management
- Lead human resources planning and budgeting
- Develop remuneration strategy and policy design that embed Employment Equity, non-discriminatory pay practices
- Provide employee benefits analysis and advice
- Implement remuneration and reward processes
- Implement robust data governance to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable HR data
KNOWLEDGE:- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and the South African regulatory environment
- Legal knowledge related to HR practices
- HR Discipline related functional knowledge, i.e. Compensation Management, Compensation & Benefit Software Systems and Resource Planning
