Requirements:

Relevant Degree/Post Graduate Qualification.
CA (SA)/CIA/CISA/MBA.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in a large/well recognized internal auditing firm and/or consulting environment
Minimum of 5 years of middle and/or senior management within the said environment
Additional specialist certifications in internal auditing (e.g. accreditation QAR) consulting, corporate governance, risk management, and/or
compliance would be an advantage

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop and implement/embed technical quality standards and processes.
Develop Quality Assurance manuals.
Develop and roll out an annual Quality Assurance strategy and coverage plan.
Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place.
Perform pre-issuance quality reviews of reports for selected clients and projects.
Perform reviews of selected advisory files for technical quality, efficiency and effectiveness and discuss the findings with the relevant engagement teams and Directors
Develop action plans to address pervasive findings and identified trends (QAIP).
Developing and present training materials to address findings and trends.
Follow up and track the implementation of firm’s methodologies, service delivery tools and other frameworks based on findings and results of
the Quality Assurance program
