Senior Manager Technical and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree/Post Graduate Qualification.
• CA (SA)/CIA/CISA/MBA.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in a large/well recognized internal auditing firm and/or consulting environment
• Minimum of 5 years of middle and/or senior management within the said environment
• Additional specialist certifications in internal auditing (e.g. accreditation QAR) consulting, corporate governance, risk management, and/or
  compliance would be an advantage

Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop and implement/embed technical quality standards and processes.
• Develop Quality Assurance manuals.
• Develop and roll out an annual Quality Assurance strategy and coverage plan.
• Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place.
• Perform pre-issuance quality reviews of reports for selected clients and projects.
• Perform reviews of selected advisory files for technical quality, efficiency and effectiveness and discuss the findings with the relevant engagement teams and Directors
• Develop action plans to address pervasive findings and identified trends (QAIP).
• Developing and present training materials to address findings and trends.
• Follow up and track the implementation of firm’s methodologies, service delivery tools and other frameworks based on findings and results of
  the Quality Assurance program
