JOB SUMMARY:
The management of systems, staff and process producing and ensuring the accurate valuation of company Investments’ range of portfolios which include Life, Local and Global Collective Investments as well as Platform portfolios.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execution of accurate daily valuation processes within the defined timeliness (including performance and benchmarking)
Ensure CISCA portfolio income is monitored and managed towards correct distributions per period
Regular review of processes for efficiency
Ensure that all expense related data across the AF Investments’ mandate universe is captured
Review the accuracy and reasonableness of all info collated prior to applying through the Expense systems
Processing through the system and review of all Investment Product expense results prior to review and signoff by the Actuarial team
Deal with all return related queries across the portfolio range to stakeholders
Benchmark related performance analysis to ensure accurate Portfolio performance reporting
Regular review of mandate performance to ensure dispersion matters are known and documented
Guide team members on all matters to do with investment performance
Drive team discussion to ensure effectiveness on teams management
Ensure staff KPA’s are documented and recorded with quarterly feedback sessions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Relevant BSc/BCom degree
Complete or part CFA preferential
>7 years’ experience in Multi Manager valuations environment
5-7 years’ management experience
Solid working knowledge of Unitisation principles essential
3-5 years’ experience in administration of CISCA portfolios.
