Job & Company Description:
The hiring company is a leading multinational financial services company that prides itself on bringing new and innovative digital offerings to South Africa and across the African continent. They are seeking an experienced finance professional who is looking to grow their career in a Senior Operational Financial Manager role.
The successful candidate will also be joining the finance team as a third component of their executive team and will be one of the faces of the company. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee multi-year forecasts, financial analysis, basic financial modelling, reporting on financial models, cash projections, and provide insights into the financials of the group.
Education:
- CA(SA) with 1 to 3 years of experience in a management role
- OR studying towards /c ompleted CIMA studies and 3 to 5 years of experience in a management role
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience with financial modelling and profitability analysis will be advantageous
- Must have reporting skills and experience
- Experience leading a finance team will be advantageous
- The successful candidate must be able to think outside the box, be innovative, and be ready to take on new challenges and projects
