POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing Leading the mechanical design and development of specialized equipment and engineered solutions Taking concepts from idea through design, prototyping, testing and production Solving complex mechanical, hydraulic and manufacturing challenges Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, production, suppliers and customers Driving continuous improvement and product innovation Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers Contributing to the long-term technical strategy of the business What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years post-graduate mechanical design experience Proven experience designing heavy industrial, mining, hydraulic, fluid power, mobile equipment or capital equipment systems Strong proficiency in 3D CAD design software Sound understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and engineering principles Ability to balance innovation with practical, commercially viable design solutions A demonstrated track record of solving complex engineering challenges The Type of Engineer Who Will Thrive Here You are naturally curious.
