SUMMARY:
Our client, in Sandton is looking for the services of a Mechanical Engineer for their R&D Department. You should have experience in working with Solidworks, the use of pneumatics and hydraulics. You should also have experience in the use of hand tools and conventional machinery to develop prototypes / jigs / test equipment.

POSITION INFO:
Functional Skills:

Experience with the use of design tools - preferably Solidworks
Basic knowledge and experience in the use of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Able to use hand tools and conventional machinery to develop prototypes / jigs / test equipment.
Experience in Automation of Production lines.

Qualification:

Minimum of 8 years’ workexperience in a similar environment
B.Eng Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent OR
B-Tech Mechanical Engineering
