Our client in Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years'' experience as ECSA-registered Pr. Eng professional within the Building Services sector.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
ECSA Pr. Eng Registration (essential); ECSA Fire Registration is a plus.
Membership with ASHRAE, SAIRAC, or SAIMECHE (advantageous).
Expertise in designing for high-rise buildings and healthcare facilities.
Proficiency with CANUTE, AUTOCAD, and Revit.
Strong project management skills, capable of independently running projects valued at R30m+.
Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., Wet, Fire, Medical, Compressed Air).
Competence in tendering, contract administration (JBCC, NEC3), and financial management.
Proven leadership in mentoring and team collaboration.
Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
