Attention: Seeking an ambitious Mechanical Engineer that is professionally registered with ECSA and has experience in HVAC and the Wet and Fire services industry to join a reputable project management team.

Job & Company Description:

The company is based in Cape Town and is looking for a professional and accomplished project management consultant to join their company, the prospective candidate must preferably specialise in mechanical and electrical engineering and will be required to oversee projects throughout the implementation phase of projects. The client strives to be a high performing and market leader in their industry. The desired candidate must be a high achieving and solutions oriented individual.

Education:

BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
ECSA Registered Professional

Job Experience & Skills Required:

At least 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager/Lead
About 10 years’ experience in the design and review of HVAC, and the Wet and Fire services mechanical industry
Required to coordinate and implement projects with professional team
Proposed project field reconnaissance inspections and must be able to study relevant information
Required to prepare project concepts and preliminary designs for its components, concepts and designs will be pre-approved by the client before the implementation of the design
Required to compile documentation
