THE ROLE: SENIOR MEDIA BUYER & DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST (AI-FIRST) The Senior Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Strategist will take ownership of the entire paid marketing strategy across multiple client accounts. This is a senior role focused on making strategic decisions, optimising campaigns, improving client results and contributing to the future growth of the agency. The role extends beyond media buying into funnel strategy, landing pages, offer positioning, lead generation systems, conversion optimisation, CRM automation and AI-driven marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with Client Success Managers, the creative team and leadership to deliver results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Paid Advertising Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns. Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple industries. Develop campaign strategies tailored to each client's goals. Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining lead quality. Conduct daily campaign optimisation and performance analysis. Manage advertising budgets. Conduct audience research and testing. Develop creative testing frameworks. Develop and manage retargeting strategies. Troubleshoot campaign performance issues. Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and contribute to funnel strategy. Provide landing page recommendations. Support offer positioning. Develop lead generation systems. Optimise customer journeys. Contribute to CRM automation strategy. Provide email marketing recommendations. Drive conversion optimisation. Support reporting and growth planning. AI-Driven Marketing Use AI daily to improve speed, creativity and campaign performance. Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Zapier AI and GoHighLevel AI. Identify and introduce additional AI workflow tools where relevant. Bring new AI tools and automation ideas into the business. Performance & KPIs Own and monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL). Own and monitor Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Monitor lead quality. Support client retention. Drive campaign growth. Manage creative testing performance. Monitor landing page conversion rates. Support client satisfaction. Deliver performance reporting. Provide strategic recommendations. ABOUT YOU Minimum 4+ years of experience running Meta advertising campaigns. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts. Strong understanding of lead generation. Experience with online coaching or service-based businesses. Experience scaling campaigns profitably. Experience with high-ticket offers. Experience with direct response marketing. Experience with funnel optimisation. Experience with landing pages. Experience with conversion rate optimisation.
