Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in IT
• Minimum 3 years or 2 full life cycle, projects completed in 6 to 12 months duration
• At least 3 years experience working with and of the following Dynamics modules (online or on premises)
• Experience in Microsoft (CE) customer engagements, 3 years’ experience in system customisation and custom development, such as workflow activities, programs, ISV solutions and integration
• 2 years expereince working on Power Apps (Model /Canvas) and power Automate experience using Power B1
• Experience working with C# and ASP.NET 2.04.0 (minimum 2 years)
• Experience working with Java Script (minimum 2 years)
• Experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban environment (preferable Azure Dev Ops working knowledge preferably) minimum 3 years’ experience in system customisations and custom development, such as workflows activities, plugins, ISV solutions and integration
• Minimum 3 years in SQL and SQL reporting services
• Software programming knowledge (knowledge of the SDLC)

Job Description

• Responsible for consulting clients on complex Information Technology challenges to determine business goals, requirements gathering, guide and drive solution designs and implementation for these technologies’ changes or requirements
• Will be involved in a full software development and implementation life cycle and will work within a multiple disciplinary tea to deliver work for clients
• Required to discover, assess, and advise on request for Microsoft Dynamics (and the Microsoft platform) requests for clients in line with their business goals and objectives
• Expected to lead client engagements from a technical perspective, ensure excellent solution design and implantation
• Expected to have Microsoft Dynamics Certifications, to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of an optimal technology solution for clients
• Required to work with the team to support the multi-disciplinary delivery including Project Management, Business Analysis, Training and Quality Assurance
• Required to participate in presales activities which may include, client engagements, solution demos, a division on solutions options, estimated effort, contributing to proposal writing specifically technical write ups, overview diagrams, assumptions, and dependencies
