Senior Millwright

SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Millwright to join a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Millwright with extensive electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, strong fault-finding ability and proven experience supervising maintenance teams within a production environment.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and schedules Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing equipment Conduct fault-finding, troubleshooting and root cause analysis Implement and support preventative maintenance programmes Drive equipment reliability and minimise production downtime Ensure compliance with OHS, quality and safety requirements Maintain accurate maintenance records and maintenance reports Skills & Experience Qualified Millwright - non-negotiable Minimum 10 years' electrical and mechanical maintenance experience Extensive maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment Proven experience supervising maintenance teams Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Solid knowledge of preventative maintenance and maintenance systems Knowledge of OHS requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Qualifications Trade Tested Millwright Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
