Senior National Sales Manager (must have ICT experience)

SUMMARY:

• To define and lead the Informal Channel Regional execution strategy in the allocated region, maximising growth, profitability and market share in alignment with overall business strategy.
• To manage the delivery of the Informal Channel Regional sales and service strategy elements across the allocated region, ensuring seamless and fully integrated service delivery

• Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in ICT sector/ industry

• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous

Training:

• High level user of relevant computer-based systems

• Business risk assessment

• Products and Services

• Sales and customer service training

• Management development courses

• ISO 9000 and related safety / compliance training

• Basic HR training including performance management
