SUMMARY:

To define and lead the Informal Channel Regional execution strategy in the allocated region, maximising growth, profitability and market share in alignment with overall business strategy.
To manage the delivery of the Informal Channel Regional sales and service strategy elements across the allocated region, ensuring seamless and fully integrated service delivery

Requirements:

4 year tertiary qualification in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related MBA / Masters Advantageous

Experience:

• Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in ICT sector/ industry

• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous

Training:

• High level user of relevant computer-based systems

• Business risk assessment

• Products and Services

• Sales and customer service training

• Management development courses

• ISO 9000 and related safety / compliance training

• Basic HR training including performance management
