SUMMARY:
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will have a strong blend of leadership, hands-on development, and technical design expertise. You'll contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and helping drive technical excellence across the board.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in project planning, system design, and implementation.
Develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
Conduct code reviews and system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
Manage system documentation and deployment processes throughout the lifecycle.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and peers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
5–7 years’ experience as a senior developer in a software development environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
Strong database knowledge: SQL Server, RDMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery/AngularJS, AJAX.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Web API, and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with Team Foundation Server and software testing practices.

Preferred Requirements:

Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK project environments.
Understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise architecture.

The position offers up to R550 p/h. Note that it is the client's prerogative, regardless of advertised package, to offer a market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
