DUTIES:

• Recognise hard work and ensure success is communicated to all
• Develop relationships with team and ensure effective communication
• Foster a positive approach to individual development
• Drive performance within the team
• Maintain regular engagement with key client contacts
• Ensure client KPIs / sales targets are met
• Manage peak seasons

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of business and reporting teams
• Business acumen to understand the inner workings, strategies and philosophies of managing a team
• Experience in managing multi skilled departments and business units
• Knowledge of UK insurance, claims and assistance markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Set and review organizational / productivity objectives in line with commercial contracts
