DUTIES:

Recognise hard work and ensure success is communicated to all
Develop relationships with team and ensure effective communication
Foster a positive approach to individual development
Drive performance within the team
Maintain regular engagement with key client contacts
Ensure client KPIs / sales targets are met
Manage peak seasons

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of business and reporting teams
Business acumen to understand the inner workings, strategies and philosophies of managing a team
Experience in managing multi skilled departments and business units
Knowledge of UK insurance, claims and assistance markets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Set and review organizational / productivity objectives in line with commercial contracts
