Our client, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in South Africa, is looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to join their team. Specialising in the hospitality and tourism sector, this agency helps some of Africa’s most iconic travel brands drive direct bookings, boost online visibility, and grow sustainably.

POSITION INFO:
Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist based in Stellenbosch.

The position requires minimum of 2 days in office, and hybrid for the rest of the week.
The Senior Paid Ads Specialist will create, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns, analyse performance data, and work with internal teams to deliver on client goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years agency experience.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Google Ads Certified.

Requirements

Paid Ads Management, Data Analysis, and Strategy Development
Google Ads: setup, implementation, optimisation, and analytics
Social Media Advertising: setup, implementation, optimisation, and analytics
Email drip-campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp): setup, implementation, optimisation, and analytics
Google Tag Manager setup and implementation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Content creation is not a requirement
Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry
