SUMMARY:
A growing digitalâfirst organisation is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take full accountability for the execution and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, thrives on optimisation, and takes ownership of outcomes from strategy through to reporting.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing Owning the setup, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Monitoring and improving performance metrics such as engagement, acquisition costs, and return on ad spend Managing and pacing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and impact Testing and refining ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion outcomes Analysing campaign results and translating data into practical insights and recommendations Producing concise, meaningful performance reports for internal stakeholders Working closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging goals Keeping up to date with platform changes, new features, and digital advertising best practices What You'll Bring 2-5+ years' experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns Strong handsâon capability across major paid platforms (search, social, and professional networks) Solid experience working with analytics and tracking tools to measure performance accurately A clear understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement Highly organised, detailâfocused, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and drive improvements Ideal Traits Curious, dataâdriven, and comfortable working independently Confident working with budgets and performance targets Able to balance speed and accuracy in a fastâpaced environment Collaborative, but comfortable taking full ownership of your work Let us assist you with your Digital career!
