Stunning Beachfront Hotel is looking for a SENIOR PASTRY CHEF to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements;

Must have at least three years in a similar position
Must have an outstanding Pastry Portfolio
Must have a full understanding of kitchen procedure
The ability to design a menu is essential
Great knowledge of different dietary requirements
Must have the ability to train and oversee staff
Must be extremely passionate about the job!
Solid understanding of hygiene and associated protocols
Must be very well-presented and well-groomed
Brilliant communication skills both written and spoken
Must be positive and motivated
Excellent stamina and willingness to go above and beyond
Must have genuine love for guest delight
