A leading luxury lodge near Polokwane, Limpopo, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to take charge of their pastry section. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fine dining, creative presentation, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry section and ensure consistent 5-star quality in all desserts and baked goods
• Design and execute elegant menus for plated desserts, teas, and special events
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff
• Maintain excellent hygiene, stock control, and kitchen organization
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification with a pastry specialization
• Minimum 3–5 years’ pastry experience in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment
• Strong creative flair, precision, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and team leadership skills
