This company specializes in an assortment of services ranging from advisory to financials solutions.

POSITION INFO:

An innovative, multinational company is seeking the assistance of a Senior Payroll Administrator

This company has been in working for more than a century, and was founded in the USA, but now has a firm in every province within South Africa. This company specializes in an assortment of services ranging from advisory to financials solutions.

As Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day payroll transactions, processing the payroll accounting system and for preparing payroll account reconciliations.

Duties will include:

• Provide a cost-effective payroll administration service compliant with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
• Provide an effective and efficient salary processing administrative function.
• Assist with payroll queries and resolution. 
• Process monthly salaries and salary related transactions
• Processing payable hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, tax, PAYE, UIF, EMP 201, 501, Skills Levies etc
• CTC statements for HR divisions on request for new employees
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Tax computation and Tax derivatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Education

• Diploma in Payroll or Accounting

Experience:

• 5-10 years post article experience.

Specifications

• VIP Payroll or Payspace preferred
