Key Requirements:

3-Year Tertiary Qualification: A solid educational background is essential, providing you with the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this role.
5 Years Working Experience as a Merchandiser: Your extensive experience in merchandising will be invaluable as you step into this senior role.
Experience in Planning "Fashion Line": Demonstrated experience in planning and executing fashion lines is crucial for success in this position.
Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities will allow you to dissect data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Detailed and Strategic Approach: Attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset will enable you to develop effective planning strategies.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in various computer applications, including spreadsheets and planning software, is a must-have skill for this role.
Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles and market dynamics will guide your planning decisions.
Merchant Thinking: Your ability to think like a merchant, understanding customer preferences and market demands, will drive the success of our fashion lines.
Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting your plans effectively.
