Senior / Principal Environmental Consultant (EE)

SUMMARY:
Build and develop new and existing business while leading multi-disciplinary technical teams to develop sustainable engineering solutions for the future.

POSITION INFO:

Lead ESIA projects and contribute to various environmental and social projects

Work with clients in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers

Run large scale projects from conception to close out

Skills & Experience:

Progressive experience in Environmental consulting and project management

Managing budgets and schedules to deliver quality and on time projects

Experience working with project developers and lenders

Understanding of project financing process and ESG elements (Advantageous)

Experience in Oil & Gas or Mining industries

Proven applied understanding of international and lender standards

ESIA project experience

Proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Projects

Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the consulting field

Qualification:

Bachelors (Honours) or equivalent 4-year degree in Environmental studies or related field (Masters degree advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
