Senior Process Engineer

SUMMARY:
Our Client, in the Petrochemical/Oil/Gas Industry is HIRING a Senior Process Engineer.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Essential: B. Eng / B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering), Pr. Eng.

Preferable: Business qualification

Experience:

Essential: 8 years post-graduation experience in crude oil refining / petrochemical operation with specific reference to the following:

• Process operation

• Design

• Commissioning

• Optimization

• Troubleshooting

3 years design specific experience Including:

• Process Flow Diagram development

• Detailed piping system design

• Pump sizing and selection

• Detailed heat exchanger design

Preferable:

• Economic modelling

Roles & Responsibilities:

To focus on process engineering design

• Process engineering design

• Process commissioning and trouble shooting

• Process optimisation and Improvement

• New process development

• Assist R&D Team investigations

• Provide expertise into Incident Investigations and RCA’s

• Techno-economic modelling for new opportunities

• Business Case development/evaluation of new opportunities
