SUMMARY:
An established engineering solutions company is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their dynamic project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and execution of process solutions for a range of industrial and mineral processing projects.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage process engineering design from concept through to commissioning.
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
Conduct mass and energy balances and specify process equipment.
Provide technical input during feasibility studies, proposals, and project execution.
Interface with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide junior process engineers and support staff.
Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

BEng Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in process engineering, preferably in the mineral processing, industrial, or chemical sectors.
Proven experience in process design, plant optimization, and commissioning.
Strong understanding of process simulation tools (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS, METSIM, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
