SUMMARY:
Our client, a specialist in EPCM and turnkey industrial projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment, enjoys taking ownership of design and process development, and wants to be involved from concept through to commissioning.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead process engineering activities across feasibility, design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and process simulations.
Prepare technical documentation including datasheets, design calculations, specifications, and scopes of work.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, civil) to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Conduct HAZOPs, risk assessments, and design reviews.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and designers.
Interface with clients to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Support commissioning activities and ensure process performance meets design intent.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience as a Process Engineer, ideally in EPC/EPCM project environments.
Strong experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS, or similar).
Proven background in developing process designs for industrial, chemical, petrochemical, or minerals processing projects.
In-depth understanding of local and international engineering standards and safety regulations.
Ability to lead process deliverables independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
