Senior Product Manager

SUMMARY:

Define, draft and deliver specifications and a significant portion of our product roadmap together with a cross-functional team and stakeholders to deliver on business requirements and opportunities

POSITION INFO:
Key Deliverables:

• Work with technical teams to draft the specifications needed for developers based on the business requirements and opportunities
• Own and facilitate company’s feature delivery from idea to launch, including customer research, backlog grooming, specification, and communicating the value propositions within the team
• Leverage your persuasiveness and excellent communication skills in cross department collaboration to deliver value to our customers quickly
• Develop hypotheses and ideas on quantitative insights and have the right touch to communicate the product vision
• Continuously enhance our product
• Closely collaborate across functions (technical, sales and marketing), and work on strategic projects with high impact
• Understanding technical demand and convert into business solutions
• Use a design thought process by using technical specifications, building a solution and explaining the implementation thereof
• Exploring opportunity for delivery of efficiencies
• Control presentation of the business services to the public
• Discovering requirements and developing solutions through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams and their customer/end user = Agile Development
• Define and document the Briisk Services for the use by the Marketing & Sales teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, identify, qualify and onboard Briisk Clients.
• Prioritising of features aligned to greatest business value

• Formal qualification in Computer Science, Business Engineering or Business Analyst but not a necessary requirement
• > 7years’ experience in product development, product ownership and launches
• Experience in the Banking/Finance/Insurance industry in ideally US/UK/EU markets
• Knowledge and experience with SaaS/PaaS
• Have a global business mindset
• Have an understanding of coding
