They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product & Process Engineer to take full ownership of the Flat Wire product range. This role is suited to a hands-on engineer with a strong track record in driving process improvements, reducing costs, and implementing effective engineering solutions within a production environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities: Taking full engineering ownership of the Flat Wire product range Driving reduction in Cost of Sales (COS) through practical engineering improvements Improving manufacturing processes, productivity, and product yield Identifying and implementing alternative raw materials and manufacturing methods Collaborating with Design & Automation teams to enhance machinery and introduce new technologies Working closely with Quality to ensure consistent product compliance with customer requirements Partnering with Production to improve throughput, efficiency, and process stability Leading capacity expansion and continuous improvement projects Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions Developing and maintaining process specifications, engineering standards, and manufacturing documentation Requirements: BEng Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Minimum 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in process engineering and continuous improvement Strong track record in reducing costs and improving product profitability Experience leading engineering projects from concept through to implementation Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production systems Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities To apply, please send your CV to Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
