Senior Production Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership:
   
   • Take a senior role in the assembly, testing, design, development, and verification of systems, subsystems, testers, and associated hardware/software.
   • Ensure the proper implementation, functionality, and maintenance of prototyping and assembly facilities, including tooling, spares, and stock infrastructure.
2. Process and Quality Management:
   
   • Maintain company processes in alignment with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other quality standards.
   • Manage stores and stock to ensure proper organization and compliance with relevant standards.
   • Perform incoming inspections of components, verifying quality, authenticity, and documentation in the ERP system.
3. Quality Assurance:
   
   • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to perform quality inspections on electronic and mechanical components to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
4. Project Outputs:
   
   • Contribute to the generation of project deliverables, including design, testing, documentation, and verification artefacts.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
   
   • Perform support roles and other tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification: B-Tech Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge: Proficiency with electronic components, PCBs, and soldering.
