The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for preparing student reports and evaluating academic and student-related processes and operations. He/she will respond to requests for information as needed, and perform other duties as assigned. The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for managing a minimum of 350 learners, at commencement of employment, which number shall be subject to an increase.

ØEvaluates and interprets academic and student related policies, procedures, and rules.
ØFinal accountability for ensuring correct and complete project data prior to embarking on final reporting.
ØResponsible for coordinating activities between departments to achieve overall project success. Etc.

ØEvidence of correct project data i.e. spreadsheet, trackers and project files.
ØTangible feedback from departmental managers.
ØPrinted report indicating all data integrated accurately.
ØCustomer Services:
ØIdentifying and assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction.
ØPreparing customized product or service reports.
ØFollowing communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
ØBuilding sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
ØKeeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing.
ØReports indicating correct customer information.
ØNumber of complaints by customers or compliments documented.
ØAnalysis of customer interactions.
ØAcademic Process:
ØTakes care of the entire operational value chain (i.e. all operational processes) from handover from Sales to handover to Audit, for the relevant learner capacity number.

ØResponsible for the timely and effective resolution of all types of queries relating to the project, raised by both internal staff and also by our external business partners.
