SUMMARY:
Senior Project Coordinator FMCG Company Degree in computer science or business will be advantageous Project Management Certification Solid Experience in Project Management 6 - 10 Years Experience R660 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:

Liaise with various business units to ensure that each department adheres to prescribed timelines
Attend monthly Supply Chain meeting
Project Management of all NPDs (New Product Developments)
Single point of contact for all projects in terms of timelines, general queries & capacities
Prioritisation of projects with relevant commercial team
Establish basic processes for projects by using the Stage/Gate process
Collection of data including artworks, ingredients, nutritional information, initiate all relevant product codes, Finished Product Specification, Master Packaging Specification, Costing & forecast volumes
Create Ms Project timelines / status for all New Product Development and Private Label projects
Manage Private Label (PL) Projects
Close communication with agencies in terms of timelines for packaging design and delivery
