SUMMARY:
A highly regarded boutique advisory firm is looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Project Finance Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can work independently with minimal oversight.

POSITION INFO:
ð Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of complex financial models for infrastructure, energy, and capital projects.
Conduct detailed project finance analysis, including risk assessments, scenario testing, and funding strategies.
Prepare and review investment memos, due diligence reports, and board presentations.
Engage with clients, lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
Support transaction structuring, financial close processes, and commercial negotiations.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and relevant sector insights.

â What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory, or investment banking.
Strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and drive deliverables to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
CA(SA), CFA, or related qualification preferred.
