POSITION INFO:

Please note this role is a hybrid role based in Cape Town for an initial 6 month contract, with possibility to extend subject to performance.

What youâ€™ll do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of finance technology and operating model transformation projects
Manage stakeholder engagement across finance, IT, and executive leadership
Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration of systems

Your expertise:

10+ yearsâ€™ project management experience in financial services
Proven success delivering technology implementations, especially finance-related systems
Hands-on experience with finance platforms (e.g. ERP, general ledger, reporting tools)
Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
Skilled in managing projects using Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and engage senior stakeholders
Structured, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
