Senior Project Manager with experience in facilities structures and/or organizational relocations
Contract position - December 2025.

Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry in South Africa is looking for you!

Purpose of the role:
To manage the effective and efficient relocation from the premises in Johannesburg town to Rosebank.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience managing projects involving facilities structures or organizational relocations from one building to another.

Specific Requirements / Skills:

Solid Project Management skills and experience.
Relevant project experience with building-to-building moves.
Expertise in planning, risk management, stakeholder/vendor coordination and governance adherence.
Experience with OHS, Building permits and regulations.
Understanding zoning and building codes.
Experience in contractual obligations.
Knowledge of Risk and compliance with regards to relocation.
Exceptional ability to work with all stakeholders, including senior management and vendors.

Qualifications:
Any certifications or industry qualifications pertinent to the role.
