Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + guaranteed 13th Cheque + Discretionary Performance Bonusses
Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30- 16:30
Area: Pretoria, Moot area

Our client, a leader in the commercial solar industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Pretoria.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong experience in managing large-scale Solar PV projects (10MW and above; minimum 5MW).

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of major renewable energy projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and compliance with industry regulations and standards

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant qualifications
• 5+ years project management experience within the solar, engineering, construction, or EPC environment.
• Proven experience managing Solar PV projects of 10MW+ (minimum 5MW)
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, Solar PV systems, and BESS
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

• Lead the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
