CONTRACT - Senior Project Manager (IT Applications) - 6 months contract (potential to extend to 12 months)

Location: Johannesburg | Hybrid (Remote & Office)

About the Role

Our client, a leader in logistics and warehouse management software solutions, is looking for a Senior Project Manager (IT) to deliver enterprise-level IT application projects. This is a contract role with the chance to make a real impact in driving digital transformation and business growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end IT projects (ERP, cloud, app development, cybersecurity).
Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
Oversee vendors and cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment with IT governance and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

7–10+ years’ IT Project Management (3+ in a senior role).
Degree in IT/Business + PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification.
Strong SDLC knowledge and exposure to emerging tech (cloud, AI, automation).
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
