SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver complex cybersecurity projects. This 1-year fixed-term role offers the chance to drive meaningful outcomes from the start.
Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary cybersecurity projects, keeping them on time and on budget.
Work with cross-functional teams to shape and meet project requirements.
Develop clear project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and knowledge sharing.
Mentor project coordinators to strengthen project management capability.
Manage project finances, including budget tracking and invoicing.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, of which three years should be within advanced technical sectors, such as defense/security/R&D.
A post-graduate qualification or certification in project/technology/engineering management (e.g. PRINCE2/PMP) is mandatory.
Experience and/or knowledge of software/systems engineering, information security or cybersecurity
A proven track record in managing and delivering projects within highly regulated environments (e.g. public sector).
Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder dynamics and multidisciplinary projects.
Sound experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
Demonstrate systematic and structured approach to project management.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of a project.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Analytical thinking for complex problem resolution.
