Our Client is a leading Financial Company specializing in assisting SMEÃ¢Â€Â™s, passionate about their business and is offering an exceptional opportunity to a SENIOR PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR along the WEST COAST.

POSITION INFO:

Do you have good time management and multi-tasking skills, pay excellent attention to detail and able to work in a diverse team?

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT

SECTOR: FINANCE / PROPERTY

START DATE: IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

DUTIES:

Lease Administration

Process tenant placements, renewals and evacuations on MDA

Process payments

Post tenant journals on MDA

General administration

REQUIREMENT:

Matric

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment in the property industry

Computer literate (Word and Excel)

MDA experience – an advantage
