SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a proactive and meticulous Quality Control Manager.Â Your role will be leading and managing the quality control process throughÂ the identification, communication and measurement of company-wide risk relating to food quality and safety standards.

POSITION INFO:

Translation of organisation plans into functional plans and tactics
Develop and/or co-develop the required best practice, systems, and procedures to achieve business goals relating to quality and food safety
Ensure compliance with HACCP and other related food safety compliance organisations through management and compiling of quality measurement reports and overseeing random sampling processes
Research & Development (R&D)
Maintain and manage accurate records and related processes
Ensure full traceability of incoming and outgoing products
Maintain internal controls
Manage direct reports
Participate as a team member to achieve goals

Min. 8 years experience in Food Industry

Min. 4 years experience with staff management
