Senior Quantity Surveyor

SUMMARY:
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a West Africa Building Project ONLY open for a FRENCH speaking QS

POSITION INFO:

Main Duties shall include:

• Preparing and submitting monthly claims
• Compiling new rates
• Procurement / Ordering of Material
• Nominated / Selected / Labour Sub Contractor appointment and monthly evaluation and payment
• Final account measurements and agreement (Subcontractors and Client)
• Extension of time claims letters and Costing
• Site instruction Costing
• General cost management and reporting

Qualification and experience required:

B.Sc Quantity Surveying is preferred and our Client is open to consider National Higher Diploma applications as long as you have firm MS Excel experience and strong cost reporting skills with proven references.

Experience working on large Commercial Building projects in West Africa is critical

ONLY open for South African residents who have worked on Building projects in West Africa for more than 8 years with fluent French communication skills
