The purpose of the senior recruitment consultant is to partner with hiring managers to find candidates to fill temporary and permanent job positions within SLA.

The Recruitment Consultant''s is responsible for attracting the right culture fit and skill sets into the business/

In this role you will:

Oversee bulk to senior recruitment requirements
Be the coordinator between HR and Line Management for all roles
Responsible for conducting telephonic interviews for bulk recruitment, before shortlisting for hiring managers to interview

You will need:

3+years proven experience in recruitment
Degree /Diploma
Have an understanding of sourcing techniques
This role is to work in a high feedback metrics driven environment
