Senior Recruiter - Remote

SUMMARY:
A global Recruitment Agency is looking for experienced recruiters to join their remote team in SA.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• minimum of 2 years as a full 360 senior recruitment consultant
• solid experience within our field of creative and digital or IT
• must be able to multitask, cope under pressure and be able to juggle a few things at once

 
You will also need

• a passion for business development
• a great eye for talent
• the ability to speak to talent and clients on all levels
• to be able to work towards targets

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 
Relationship Management

• You will be scouting the local and international market through our network and using events, social media, word of mouth and headhunting
• Connecting with the best talent matching them with open positions with our clients.
• Interviewing/portfolio reviews either via Skype if it''s for a global opportunity or face to face if it’s local
• Sharing portfolio and career advice
• Active on social media sharing our jobs and creative content
• Connecting with decision makers of ad agencies and corporations, in order to assist them with their hiring needs

 
Business Development

• Able to identify leads and use different techniques to reach out to decision makers
• Call, use social media, attend networking events to meet with hiring managers and discuss hiring needs
• Work to sales targets and enjoy the thrill of sales and landing a deal
